Empty the drum. Put one tablet directly in the drum, never in the detergent drawer. Run your washer's hottest cycle or its "Clean Washer" cycle, with no clothes and no detergent. Then wipe the door seal and the drum.
How often?
Every 14 days in a home with shedding pets. When there's fur in every load, the film builds back faster than a once-a-month schedule assumes.
Does it dissolve pet hair?
No. Nothing made for a washer does. It helps loosen the hair that's stuck to residue so it can leave with the water.
Will one cycle fix an old smell?
Probably not. Years of pet loads don't come out in one go. Run two cycles back to back the first time; the first one may bring up more than you expect, so wipe it out. Then keep the 14-day rhythm.
Do I need detergent too?
No. Run the tablet on its own, in an empty drum.
Will it work with my washer?
We're waiting on our manufacturer's full compatibility sheet. Until we have it in writing, we won't list washer types here. Email us your model and we'll give you a straight answer.
What if my door seal is already black?
If it's cracked or black all the way through, a tablet won't bring it back. That's a part to replace, and we'd rather tell you now.
Is there a guarantee?

Can I change or cancel my order?
